Our Casual Sales Associates are responsible for the day-to-day running and customer experience in our retail Homes, playing an important role in the global ambitions for Maggie Marilyn.
This role is designed for someone with exceptional customer service experience who thrives on building genuine client relationships, driving sales, and delivering a premium in-store experience on the shop floor.
The role is heavily floor-led and customer-focused. Success comes from going above and beyond for every guest, nurturing a loyal client base, and supporting the team to seek proactive selling opportunities and in-store activations.

Returns & Exchanges
We want your Maggie Marilyn purchase to make your heart sing, so if it's not quite right, we're here to help.
We are happy to provide a refund, exchange or credit note on any full price order that meets the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn with all tags still attached.
Swimwear must be tried on with undergarments and returned with the hygiene seal attached.
Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on.
You will be refunded in your original form of payment.
We will make exceptions for unforeseen shipping delays, please contact us if you think your parcel may take longer.
SALE ITEMS
All items purchased from the sale are eligible for exchange or credit only, no refunds are offered on sale items.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE ORDERS
When making a return on an order that included a gift with purchase, please keep in mind if the gift is not returned with the order, we will deduct that gift value from your refund amount.
BUNDLE ORDERS
If you return one item from the bundle, you'll receive a refund equal to the price difference, keeping the full price for the item you choose to keep.
MADE TO ORDER
There are no returns or exchanges offered on pieces made to order. Please note Maggie Marilyn does not offer an alterations or custom service on made to order styles.
If goods arrive to you faulty or damaged, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.
Please fill in the returns form that arrived with your online order and send with the item/s you wish to return to either our New Zealand or Australian address below. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Once your returned item/s have been processed, we will be in touch with an email to confirm your refund or exchange.

We are happy to offer an exchange, credit or a refund on an order within 7 days from purchase date with proof of purchase.
Items must be unworn with all tags still attached, including the hygiene seal on swimwear. Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on. You will be refunded in your original form of payment.

Shipping
We ship to any country that accepts DHL Express. Check your country's requirements on DHL. Please note, DHL is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames.
New Zealand: 1 - 3 business days or same day delivery if selected at checkout.
Australia: 2 - 5 business days
Rest of World: 2 - 5 business days
For orders to countries outside of New Zealand and Australia, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Maggie Marilyn do not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand and Australia can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.
Yes, we want to make sure that you receive your new Maggie Marilyn safe and sound so we require a signature on delivery. If you are out, a collection card will be left. Make sure to pop to your post office within 10 days otherwise your order will be returned to us, and we wouldn’t want that!
Please note that any additional fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts are your responsibility.
If you enter your phone number and email address at the checkout we can contact you in case of any changes with your delivery.
If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address, please email online@maggiemarilyn.com with order number and preferred delivery address. Sadly we cannot change address on orders already dispatched.
You surely can! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected. Please be aware that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance delays.
